The competitive training program is a Saturday package that includes:

• 80 minute on ice group instruction
• 45 minute off ice ballet/dance/yoga class
• 45 minute off ice conditioning/ plyometrics class
  
• 45 minute spin class.
• Skaters must have passed Free Skate 6.  ​

An emphasis will be placed the development of presentation, performance, and the "complete" package.
